FOCUS: BIG BAGS FOR THE FOOD SECTOR

Big Bags for the food sector are also described as being “Food Grade”, suitable for contact with foodstuffs. The special production process for these Big Bags requires them to be assembled in specialized laboratories which are, in effect, “hygienic rooms”, completely aseptic to eliminate every possible risk of contamination. Utmost care is paid to details and to the process throughout production. Every Big Bag produced by Minini for the food sector is, in fact, checked using special equipment to ensure there are no impurities or manufacturing faults. Thanks to Food Grade it is possible to store and transport products such as starch, aromas, cocoa beans or powder, coffee, cereals, flours, sugar and a multitude of other “ingredients”.
